A single female RCA stereo cable, but two RCA cables for AMP …. HELP!?
I have an amp that I use just for a box low. There are two RCA cables into the amplifier, but a single female RCA from my stereo. I purchased a male both adapters women, but still does not work. Everything works, the amp and sub. Am I missing something and the connection between stereo amplifier? Have you any idea how I can find to adjust or activate the sub? Would real or stereo setup? The main unit is Insignia ™ 40W x 4 CD Deck with CD-R/RW/MP3/WMA reading and Wireless Remote. The amplifier is Power Acoustik LX2-1000 2 channel amplifier 1000 watts. I just found out that is a function I to turn to activate the subwoofer. Now that I turned the music goes to the subwoofer, but just barely. It is not "boom" as it should. Now, what is the problem?
If the stereo has a single RCA output, most often it's just a subwoofer output. It is probably a setting on your computer music that needs to be activated, or presented to the subwoofer output.
